Entry Guidelines
To enter the contest, you need to post your eligible photo or comment (depending on the contest post) to Inspired Coffee’s Facebook or Instagram page during the Submission Period listed on the original post.
Number of Entries
An individual may submit only one photo or comment for the contest period.
Photo/Comment Subject Restrictions
Photos and comments must be appropriate for posting on a public website. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. The Contest administrator retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Photo Eligibility
All photos need to be follow Facebook’s Community Standards.
Photographer/Copyright
Each entrant in the Contest is responsible for ensuring that he or she has the right to submit the photos that he or she submits to the Contest per these rules. If you choose to include people in your submission, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted and must be able to provide copies of those releases to the Contest administrator upon request.
Ownership/Use Rights
Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By entering the contest, photographers agree to have their submitted photograph displayed on the Contest administrators Facebook or Instagram pages and website without any fee or other form of compensation. Entries (including non-winning entries) may be selected by the Contest administrator for display or use in other web pages and promotional materials. Entries will never be used by the Contest administrator in any manner for sale. In the event that ownership of any photograph submitted is contested in any manner, the Contest administrator retains the discretion to disqualify that photograph and discontinue use of the photograph.
Contest Period
All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten or cease the contest at their sole discretion. All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. Winners will be chosen at random via random selection program and not by hand.
Winners
Winners will be notified via Facebook private message by the Contest administrator.
Other
Employees of the Contest administrator are prohibited from participating in the contest.
